Chemical Hazards
Neurological disorders caused by exposure to lead or pesticides; liver cancer caused by exposure to solvents; or lung cancer caused by asbestos exposure.
Biological Hazards
Infectious diseases that are spread from person to person, such as hepatitus, tuberculosis and HIV.
Environmental Hazards
From poisoned rivers and ground water, and from toxic industrial emissions.
